Hosted by the Pamplin Society at Freddie Mac in Tysons, Virginia, the meeting featured a lively discussion on cybersecurity, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Mehul Sanghani, Octo Consulting Group founder and CEO and a member of the Pamplin Advisory Council and Virginia Tech Board of Visitors, gave the keynote address, “Building for Enterprise Value in Federal Consulting.”

Other speakers were Janine Hiller (HIST ’79), professor of business law at Pamplin; Nick Marinos (BIT ’02, MBA ’07), a director of the information technology and cybersecurity team at the U.S. Government Accountability Office; and Ian McCulloh, principal director and chief data scientist, Accenture.
