Kayley is responsible for advising a portion of the freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the Pamplin College of Business. She also works with prospective internal transfer students from other majors at VT.
A native of the metro Detroit area, Kayley was born and raised a Wolverine. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management. In 2013, she earned a Master of Education, majoring in Adult and Higher Education, from the University of Oklahoma. She discovered her passion for working with students while working as a Graduate Assistant in athletics academic services at Oklahoma. She then stayed in Norman for a few extra years working as an Academic Advisor for student athletes.
Prior to joining Virginia Tech, Kayley most recently served as an Assistant Director in the Gossett Student Athlete Center at the University of Maryland. It was there she met her husband, Corey. She followed her heart to Blacksburg, literally, when Corey took a position as Director of Baseball Operations at VT.
In her free time, Kayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, binging tv shows, and attending sporting events.
