College Service Award
NICK ANORIM, majoring in finance and real estate, was nominated by the Program in Real Estate. Amorim served as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of Students. He participated in the Pamplin Undergraduate Mentoring Program, first as a mentee in 2016 and then as a mentor for freshmen entering the program. He also held two leadership positions in the program: director of marketing and recruitment and director of programming. He represented the Program in Real Estate at the 2019 Urban Land Institute meeting in Washington, D.C.

Outstanding Pamplin Senior Award
ANDREW LUO, majoring in business information technology and management, served as chief strategy officer at PRISM, a student-run ad agency in Pamplin, and was a resident advisor at Leadership and Social Change Residential College. Luo also served as a volunteer in The Big Event in two leadership positions: technology executive in 2018-2019 and director of fundraising in 2017-2018. He interned at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals for two summers and was most recently a cyber security intern at KPMG, where he will be working full-time after graduation.

H.H. Mitchell Outstanding Leadership Award
CAROLYN (CARRIE) ROCK, majoring in marketing and management and minoring in theatre arts and international business, worked as a marketing intern for Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech. Rock also worked as a sales planning intern for McCormick and as a retail sales-trade intern for Smithfield Foods. She participated in a service trip to Ethiopia. Her other activities include serving as president of Moss Arts Center Ambassadors, president of the Management Society, member of a sales competition team, and peer educator.
