Why did you pick your major and what’s your dream job?
I initially found my groove within the economics major and knew that I wanted to add a secondary major in Pamplin so I chose business information technology to complement. They are both great majors that expand upon practical theories and are applicable to so many real-world applications. My dream job is to become a successful business owner in whatever realm I dive into.
What advice do you have for Pamplin students?
Make the most out of your time here in Blacksburg; whether that be joining a club, meeting new people, or just trying something new. It’s short and sweet, so make it count!
Where have you interned, what did you do, and how was your experience?
I have had quite a few jobs throughout high school and college. I haven't had a traditional internship per se but I have had a lot of great experiences. I've worked at a scrap yard, Italian restaurants, a wholesale plant nursery, and have done some consulting work to name a few.
What is your favorite part about being a peer advisor?
- I really enjoy helping my peers and bringing positivity to someone's day!
