Pamplin+ is an integrated learning experience that ensures every student has access to the knowledge, opportunities, and professional preparation needed to thrive in business. It combines foundational coursework, hands-on classroom learning, applied projects, and high-impact co-curricular experiences into a cohesive four-year journey. Whether students arrive with a clear sense of direction or are still exploring their interests, Pamplin+ provides the structure, support, and real-world practice that help all students grow into confident, capable business professionals.

Pamplin Ambassadors are current business students who represent the college and help future Hokies understand what life in Pamplin is really like. They offer an authentic, inside perspective on the curriculum, campus life, student organizations, internships, and the many opportunities that shape the Pamplin experience. Ambassadors come from every major and background, reflecting the diversity, curiosity, and energy of the Pamplin+ community.

Pamplin’s Inspiring Possibilities (PIP) Academy is a ten-day residential summer program that gives high school students an inside look at business and life at Virginia Tech. Through hands-on classes, team projects, and meaningful interactions with Pamplin faculty, students, and alumni, participants discover new interests, build confidence, and experience what it’s like to be part of a business community that invests in their success.
