Kelley Ausman

Responsibilities

As the Associate Director of Advising, Kelley is responsible for advising a portion of the undergraduate students in the Pamplin College of Business and assisting the Director with coordinating the operations of the undergraduate advising team. She also works closely with the Pamplin IT team to develop and support technology solutions for advising.

Biography

After a childhood spent in Florida, the Caribbean, coastal Alabama, and Australia, Kelley traded the beach for the mountains and landed in upstate South Carolina where she studied psychology at Furman University. Prior to her arrival at Virginia Tech in 2014, she served in a variety of enrollment management and student support roles at Furman University, the University of Vermont, and Appalachian State University.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling, and making her way through her streaming watchlists.
