Rachel Hall

Responsibilities

Rachel is responsible for advising a portion of the undergraduate students in the Pamplin College of Business.

Biography

Rachel brings over twenty years of experience in academic advising. A longtime native of Southwest Virginia, she grew up in Ararat located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and near the VA/NC border.

Rachel has advised engineering and business students at Virginia Tech and previously advised undeclared students at Radford University. She earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Radford University and later completed an M.S. in Academic Advising at Kansas State University.

She is an active member of NACADA and has published articles and presented at both regional and national conferences.

Rachel lives in Dublin with her husband, James, and their rescue cat, Kai. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
