2016 Outstanding Senior Kaley Burlingame , articleKaley Burlingame, an accounting and finance double major, was selected as the Pamplin’s 2016 Outstanding Senior, in recognition of her achievements. She maintained a 3.94/4.00 GPA and served as co-CEO of SEED, a student-run equity portfolio of over $5 million. She supervised six area managers and 30 analysts and led the technical analyst training program.

Pamplin’s PRISM awarded Telly for “Welcome to Hokie Nation” online video , articleThe Pamplin College of Business social media group PRISM (Pamplin Re-Inventing Social Media) is the first Virginia Tech organization to win a Telly Award, the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs. PRISM is being honored for their creation of the 2015 “Welcome to Hokie Nation” preview video that was developed to excite high school seniors that had been accepted into Virginia Tech to join the community in Blacksburg.
