Jeff Hartman (MGT ’79), executive vice president and senior managing director of Wells Fargo Private Bank, welcomed participants to the Women in Business event in Charlotte, North Carolina, on March 28.

A member of the Pamplin Advisory Council, Hartman serves on its cabinet and strategic initiatives committees.

The gathering, organized by the Pamplin College of Business and sponsored by Wells Fargo, drew 50 students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

They enjoyed networking and table discussions led by alumni and Wells Fargo employees on such topics as having confidence in your own value, making an impact in meetings, and amplifying your personal brand.
