Finding A Common Voice: Tips for continuity, consistency, and safety during hospitality re-opening

Join the Virginia Tech Richmond Center for a discussion around the re-opening of the hospitality industry and the opportunity to find a common voice. Dr. Nancy McGehee, department head for the Howard Feiertag Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Virginia Tech, will be joined by Eric Terry and Jim Wilson, president and director of education and workforce development, respectively, of the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging, and Travel Association, for a dynamic discussion about the hidden opportunity during the pandemic to find a common voice within the hospitality industry. We will be sharing stories, resources, and tips for a successful re-opening, as well as ways to unify the industry and finding opportunities for developing continuity, consistency, and safety.
