Candace Fitch

Candace Fitch has been a leading hospitality and event management professional for over 30 years. As both a practicing attorney, a well-trained chef and event-management expert, her insight brings a unique perspective to the events industry. Ms. Fitch currently serves as a faculty member at Virginia Tech University where she teaches strategic management, event management, and related topics. 

She is also a practicing attorney with a focus on meeting, restaurant and hospitality law in the Washington, DC area.  As an expert in event risk management, Ms. Fitch has consulted both large and small events on how to minimize risk issues within the event while not negatively impacting its outcomes.
