The leaders stressed the importance of listening to employees above else to meet them “where they are” to deliver effective engagement programming and a work model that supports their unique personal and professional needs. Companies that keep employees at the center of their operations will have the upper hand in recruiting in a highly competitive market. This was also Dean Robert T.
