Michael Aldrich

Professional Bio:
Michael is the Head of Client Service at Brown Advisory. He oversees and manages the service professionals across Brown Advisory’s offices to help meet the needs of affluent families and institutions, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans.
In his role, he works closely with executive management on all client servicing and support related issues while also innovating the firms technology platform to meet the needs of managing over $32 billion in assets.
Previously, Michael was Vice President and National Director of Private Client Services at Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Michael has held other various positions at Bernstein during his nine year tenure.
Personal/Educational Background:
Michael grew up in a military family and has lived in over a dozen locations around the globe. His longest stay to date was his four years at Virginia Tech. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance in 2002 and then went on to achieve an Executive Master’s degree in Leadership from Georgetown University.
Michael lives in Baltimore with his wife Catherine their daughters Isla and Vivian. Michael serves on the Board of Trustees for The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore and is on the Pamplin Finance Advisory board. Finally, he serves as an officer in multiple Hokie alumni groups in various cities on the east coast.
