Judy Smith
Ms. Judy Smith is Sr. Vice President of Employee Services for the David J. Joseph Company. Ms. Smith has been in the human resources field for twenty-five years, including the last twenty at DJJ. Her responsibilities include leading the efforts for employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, development and succession planning. She is involved at a strategic level including acquisitions and international business. Ms. Smith has a bachelor,s degree and an MBA from Xavier University.
Chris Stout
Mr. Chris Stout is the Vice President of Trading for DJJ,s Brokerage Services Division. After a few years of sales experience, Mr. Stout joined DJJ eighteen years ago as a Sales Representative in Plymouth, Utah. Since then, Chris has managed offices in Omaha, Nebraska and Birmingham, Alabama. In his current role he is responsible for a team of 40 traders across 11 domestic offices. Mr. Stout has a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
Chester Jones
Mr. Chester Jones is Vice President of Operations for Advantage Metals Recycling, a wholly owned subsidiary of DJJ. Mr. Jones began his career in the scrap metal industry in 1994, and joined The Joseph Family of Companies in 1999. He has held roles with increasing levels of responsibility including Sales Representative, Supervisor, Facility Manager, General Manager, and now as Vice President. He has worked in numerous cities in Florida and is currently in Kansas City, Missouri and is responsible for over 13 facilities. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Norfolk Academy, Norfolk, Va., the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va., and earned his MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
