Biography
Steve Kleiber is Pamplin's inaugural Assistant Dean for Finance and Facilities. Having served as the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at Virginia Tech since 2019, Steve brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to our institution, having earned both his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and his master’s in urban Affairs from Virginia Tech. With over 30 years in finance, budget, strategic planning, and facilities operations – 20 of which have been at CALS – Steve is recognized for his innovative, data-centric, and strategic perspective that will be pivotal to the College's success and growth.
