  • Food Drive | Monday, March 17 - Friday, March 21 | Donations will be accepted in a box outside Pamplin Dean’s Suite; Pamplin 1030
    We are focusing on canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned beans, canned meat and soup but all items listed on the list of food items will be accepted. All donations go to Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry | (list of accepted food)

    We recognize that our wellness at an individual level creates a ripple effect into our lives and communities. Complete this interest form, selecting your wellness book of choice. Thank you for your interest in self-educating for personal wellness through reading!

  • Nutrition for Busy Schedules | Tuesday, March 18 | 12 PM - 1 PM | Pamplin 1028
    Meal planning can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re short on time or aren’t quite sure where to start. Participants will learn simple strategies for healthy meal and snack planning to help save time and mental energy throughout the week, and leave with a few recipe ideas to get started. Presented by Hokie Wellness.

  • Pamplin Community Service Lunch | Wednesday, March 19 | 11:30 am - 3:00 pm
    Featuring “Cards for Kidz”, VT therapy dogs, and resources from Pamplin’s Office of Transformation and Hokie Wellness.

  • Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Training | Thursday, March 20 | 1:00 - 2:00 pm, EST | In Person D&DS 366 & Zoom
    The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® trains community members to regulate their nervous system (fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses) to not only help themselves but to help others within their wider social network. CRM Workshops introduces the six wellness skills of CRM designed to help individuals learn to track our own nervous systems to bring the body, mind and spirit back into greater balance, and to encourage people to pass the skills along to family, friends and their wider community.
