Leadership Academy
The Pamplin Leadership Academy prepares students to excel in leadership positions through curricular and co-curricular experiences that enrich a students’ learning in four key thematic areas: 1) Leadership & the Future of Work; 2) Corporate Innovation & Renewal; 3) Corporate Sustainability & Social Venturing; and 4) Technology Commercialization. Students can earn a certificate in one of these areas by completing two courses, conducting 40 hours of experiential learning, and completing a reflection/e-portfolio that ties it all together.

The structure of the Pamplin Leadership Academy is changing to better serve the needs of students and the future business leaders that they will become.
