The Pamplin Student Leadership Conference provides proactive students with the opportunity to network with industry professionals, gain valuable knowledge from distinguished keynote speakers, and participate in innovative leadership workshops. The Pamplin Student Leadership Conference is open to all university students.
The Leadership Development Team (LDT) is a group of motivated undergraduate students who plan and execute the Leadership Conference as well as provide opportunities for leadership development for students throughout the year. Each year’s team is selected by the previous year’s team through an in-depth selection and interview process.
