Michelle Cobb

Michelle Turek Cobb earned her bachelor’s degree in agricultural and applied economics from Virginia Tech in 2000. Cobb currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Suntrust and previously served as a Principal Gift Officer at Virginia Tech. She has also served as the vice president for commercial banking at Tompkins Trust Company in Ithaca, New York. There, she created the company’s agribusiness initiative, and led and managed both the Tompkins Financial Middle Market Initiative and the leasing arm of Tompkins Financial Corporation. Cobb has worked in the financial industry for 17 years, in positions of increasing responsibility. She is currently earning  her MBA at the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.

Michelle is also a professionally trained and award winning photographer based in Southwest Virginia specializing Weddings, Engagements, Family Portraits, Real Estate and Commercial Photography, and Pet Portraits. Her work has been published on Green Wedding Shoes, Borrowed & Blue, Utterly Engaged, Snap Knot, Modern Weddings, Modern Jewish Wedding, Two Bright Lights, and Let's Bee Together.
