Jerry Gray

Jerry Gray is the Vice President of Technology Strategic Portfolio Management at Marriott International. As a member of Global Technology Executive Leadership Team, he ensures that technology initiatives are aligned with Marriott's strategic business priorities, critical technology projects, and ongoing technology investments.

Before joining Marriott International in 2021, Jerry led technology teams in the retail apparel industry in the New York metropolitan area. His experience includes managing large-scale initiatives like supply chain optimization, speed-to-market acceleration, omnichannel order fulfillment, customer loyalty program implementation, and data center modernization.

Jerry's career began as a Navy Surface Warfare officer.  As the Executive Sponsor of Marriott International’s Military & Veterans Associate Resource Group, Jerry is passionate about increasing awareness of the unique talents and experiences veterans bring to the hospitality industry. He focuses on increasing veteran hiring, providing mentorship and support networks for veteran and servicemember associates and their families, and giving back through ongoing engagement with the veteran community.

Jerry holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, and a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education.
