Lisa Wright

Focused on transforming Prudential Financials’ Global Technology organization by enabling new ways of working and technology of the future, Lisa Wright is currently Vice President, Sourcing and Workforce Solutions

In this role, she was responsible for developing Prudential's Integrated Technology Strategy which services as the basis for her current remit--developing the global workforce and FOW strategies to drive alignment of skills to emerging tech, support strategic workforce planning, sourcing portfolio rationalization, and developing strategic partnerships.  She partners with leaders across the Enterprise building deep relationships to understand their business strategies and needs, translating them into solutions that deliver sustainable value.

With a resume that demonstrates the scope of her capability, Lisa was previously Global Head of Strategy, Advisory & Business Engagement Solutions for Prudential's captive business and IT operations in Ireland and Texas. Other roles included VP, Business Solutions Center, an internal consulting group supporting Enterprise initiatives, Chief of Staff to the CEO of Prudential Group Insurance and VP of Internal Communications.

Before joining Prudential in 2000, Lisa was a serial entrepreneur, founding a number of startups focused on technology, medical Information and AI. Earlier In her career she held several leadership positions at Procter & Gamble and Knight Ridder.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University. She serves as board member to Ireland-US Council and represents Prudential at Industry organizations including The Conference Board, Gartner Research Board, and Duke Financial Services Round Table, where she is also a frequent speaker and contributor.
