Christina Todd
With over ten years of diversified financial industry experience, this enables Christina to provide thoughtful and wide-ranging advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. She has particular experience working with entrepreneurs, their families, and their companies. Christina obtained the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2015 and incorporates the principles in her daily practice.
Christina graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance. She believes it is important to be active and involved in your community. Christina volunteers with and serves on the VCU Massey Cancer Center Community Advisor Board, Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business Finance Department Advisory Board, and Pamplin’s Student Endowment for Education Development Advisory Board.
Hance West
Hance West has served as Investure's Chief Investment Officer for more than a decade. Along with responsibility for the Investment Team and the investment process, he directly manages clients' fixed income portfolios and passive investments. Prior to joining Investure in 2004, Hance was a Director for the University of Virginia Investment Management Company (UVIMCO) from 2000 to 2003. While at UVIMCO, Hance managed the fixed income portion of the University’s endowment fund and various operating accounts as well as had joint responsibility for the University’s hedge fund portfolio. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at Dynex Capital, where he led portfolio management and securitization activity. Prior to working at Dynex Capital, he served as Co-Head of Fixed Income for Mentor Investment Group, where he was responsible for all institutional accounts.
Hance earned his BS in accounting from Virginia Tech and his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Hance currently serves on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System, as well as the Board of Directors of the Virginia Tech Foundation, where he is the former Chair of the Foundation’s Investment Committee and current President of the Foundation. He is also a Trustee of the Virginia Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and serves as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.
Tom Clark
W. Thomas Clark spent twenty one years at Morgan Stanley, Co. after graduating from business school. He served in various leadership positions including Managing Director of the U.S. Equity Derivatives, Structured Products and Program Trading Department. He was also global product manager for Portfolio Trading and Listed Securities. In addition, he held the position as the Senior Registered Options Principal, served as a Board member of the Morgan Stanley Trust Company, managed Latin America for the Equity Division and was Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Firm.
Mr. Clark was a Founder of The Westchester Bank, a de novo which opened in June, 2008. He developed the business plan, raised $21 mm in capital, hired the management team and served as chairman of the Board for over ten years and saw assets grow to $1 billion. In addition, he has started or consulted for approximately a dozen successful startup or early stage ventures in various industries including asset management, asset backed lending and other service and manufacturing businesses. He currently serves as a senior advisor for Capital Research Partners, an investment bank focused on the financial industry. He was a trustee of the Virginia Tech Foundation, serving as head of the investment committee and as its President. He also was President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Foundation and currently serves on its investment committee. Mr. Clark has been married thirty six years and has four children. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Harvard University.
Pat Kelly
Pat is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Agincourt Capital Management in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Kelly is a senior member of the investment team at Agincourt, which manages approximately $7.5 billion in bond portfolios for approximately 190 institutional clients nationwide.
Mr. Kelly has been with Agincourt and its predecessor firm since 1989. He earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Virginia Tech and is a CFA Charter Holder.
Michael Robinson

Michael began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1986, serving as a Financial Advisor in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, achieving Director’s Club for five consecutive years. In 1999, he achieved the rank of Senior Vice President and assumed a role of Assistant Branch Manager. Between 1999 and 2007, Michael served in a number of managerial roles until his promotion to Complex Manager in Columbia, South Carolina in June 2007.
Michael was promoted to Executive Director in 2010 and Complex Manager for Washington, DC where he served through 2012. Michael now serves as Executive Director and Complex Manager for Northern Virginia | Western Maryland (McLean, Alexandria, Reston, Leesburg, Winchester, VA & Frederick and Hagerstown MD) where his focus centers on helping Financial Advisors achieve business goals and clients meet financial objectives. Throughout his management career, Michael has championed diversity initiatives. His teams consistently maintain top rankings among firm Complex offices.
A proud Virginia Tech alumnus, Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has served as a member of the FINRA District Committee for Relations and Education, a Virginia Tech Advisory Board Member, on Pamplin’s Advisory Council and active in numerous local volunteer organizations. Michael’s passion for community extends to his dedicated work in the firm promoting philanthropy and diversity.
Michael now resides with his wife Paula in Great Falls, Virginia. When he is not leading efforts with mentorship programs, serving on Morgan Stanley’s national advisory councils and supporting the Complex’s more than 145 advisors and over $23 billion in client assets, Michael enjoys golf, fine wines, travel, art, jazz music, outdoors and fitness.
