The act of ensuring all groups and individuals have equitable access to resources and opportunities. Developing an understanding of unique needs and challenges are critical.

belonging (n)

The nexus of diversity, equity and inclusion where all groups and individuals feel welcomed, valued, and are empowered to be active members in the community.
