Cassy Kost

Cassy serves as the DEIB Specialist. In this role, she manages correspondence, scheduling, high-level fiscal procedures, and DEIB office operations. She supports Dean Hall, in her role as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and assists the DEIB team, and events as needed. Cassy identifies and facilitates grants and awards while handling management processes supporting the advancement and visibility of DEIB within Pamplin.

Cassy Kost has lived in many places, but Virginia is home now. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a double minor in mass communications and music from Union College, KY. She grew up in a military family and has a background working in varied industries, with diverse groups. 

Cassy enjoys spending time with her daughters, running, hiking, reading, writing music, and painting.
