Hello, my name is Andrew Kuria and I am a third year Civil & Environmental Engineering student with a specialization in Land Development & Sustainable Infrastructure. I'm pretty active in various organizations here at VT and beyond; I'm the President of Closing the Gap at VT, Vice President of the ASCE VT Student Chapter, Vice Chairman of the Tumaini Education Sponsorship Program, as well as a Civil Engineering Intern at Ryan Companies. Beyond my career, I love to go hiking, mountain biking, & camping and I'm pretty big into traveling, especially to national parks.
