Naveen Manga serves as Global Chief Information Officer at Marriott International, responsible for leading the company’s global information technology strategy. In his role, Naveen oversees innovation, platform modernization, and transformation efforts to support the company’s growth and long-term business value. He plays a key role in driving the next generation of scalable, secure, and adaptive technology solutions across Marriott’s global portfolio.

Since joining Marriott in 2021 as Global Chief Technology Officer, Naveen has been instrumental in developing and executing the company’s technology vision. He led the creation of a patent pending composable technology architecture that delivers accelerated and enduring business value, positioning Marriott to respond quickly to evolving market needs and customer expectations. Naveen was instrumental in driving global talent solutions to accelerate delivery of technology like the Marriott Tech Accelerator, Marriott’s first-ever global capability center.

Known for his ability to connect technology with real world outcomes, Naveen leads with a “built to change” mindset. His approach emphasizes agility, resilience, and modular design, enabling business teams to innovate rapidly, pivot effectively, and bring new services to market with speed and clarity. He believes that the best technology quietly disappears into the background, allowing its impact to take center stage.

Naveen brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership across travel and hospitality, manufacturing, education, financial services, consulting, and healthcare. He has spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where he led enterprise-level technology strategy and transformation focused on driving innovation and operational excellence.

Naveen earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Memphis and completed the Leadership and Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
