Jennifer Havens

Jennifer Havens leads Carilion Clinic’s Institute for Leadership Effectiveness (ILE). Her expertise is in executive coaching and leadership effectiveness consulting, serving as a thought partner for future-fit, high impact leaders.

She has served as a regional and national speaker on practical methods of effective leadership in healthcare, accelerators, technical industries, and regional small business. Jennifer currently serves as the Chair for the National Center for Healthcare Leadership’s Leadership Development Leadership Excellence Network (LENS). She has led global and national teams in biotech, manufacturing, software, and healthcare industries, lending to vast perspectives on team, group, and individual behaviors and dynamics.

She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. She is also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Six Sigma Greenbelt, Certified Return on Investment Professional, and Professional Behaviors Analyst.
