Academic Advising Sessions

Advising sessions will take place virtually over Zoom between December 16, 2024, and January 16, 2025. Each advisor’s availability for appointments during this time will vary. Please note that the university will be closed for winter break from December 24, 2024 – January 1, 2025 and advisors will not be available. 

Information on how to schedule a virtual advising appointment will be sent via email on December 12.

You will be required to complete several required tasks in the Pamplin New Student Canvas site before getting access to schedule an advising session.  

We encourage students to attend their advising appointment without family members so they can better connect with their academic advisor. There is more information for family members available on the Families of New Students page.
