• Prepare for advising and registration by completing required modules found on https://student.advising.vt.edu/orientation.html

Mid-December

• Receive a welcome email from your assigned academic advisor with information on the advising and registration process, including how and when to schedule a virtual advising appointment
• Review information in the Pamplin New Student Canvas site and complete two tasks in the Canvas site
• Attend the virtual advising appointment with your advisor
