Raman has spent more than two decades in various leadership and technical roles in the IT and telecommunications industry. Her expertise includes network security, data integrity, customer/business relationship management, analytics, project management, people management and service delivery.
In her various roles, in addition to managerial activities, she has engaged and led various endeavors in the organization that focused on extensive analytics in the areas of customer and vendor management, and fault and security analytics, and proactive technology and network management using predictive analytics.
Raman has an incredible knowledge base on various topics and techniques in analytics (e.g., machine learning, visualization, big data, data modeling) and various coding languages and tools. She has worked on projects that employ these concepts, techniques, and tools in different contexts including leveraging text analytics and developing a pattern matching algorithm for use in conjunction with market data and reports.
