Karen Schnatterly
Schnatterly’s research focuses on wrongdoing and leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation, and corporate governance. Her work examines the reasons for CEO wrongdoing and the possible influence of firm characteristics and conditions that facilitate innovation.
Schnatterly has published in top management journals (Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, among others). She has served as an associate editor of the Journal of Management and is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management and Strategic Management Journal.
She has held leadership roles in interest groups or committees of the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management. She has organized international conferences and taught courses on ethics, corporate governance, working with government, and overall strategy.
