Brophy specializes in customer relationship management, interactive and online marketing, social media, revenue management, guest services, revenue management, and food and beverage operations.

He currently serves as senior director of omnichannel strategies with Milestone Internet Marketing.

Prior to joining Milestone, Brophy was senior director of digital marketing at PM Hotel Group. He has worked for Pyramid Hotel Group, Crestline Hotels and Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. He has supported over 500 hotels, restaurants, outlets, and businesses with strategic recommendations and guidance.
