Mark Michalisin comes to the Pamplin College of Business with over 25 years of professional, hands-on experience in the B2B sales world. He has held numerous sales leadership positions in marketing, sales management, and business development. In his time with SCA Tissue and Morcon, he developed customer bases both domestically and internationally utilizing his relationship building and sales expertise.

In his role as sales professional in residence at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, Michalisin taught courses in Sales Management and Personal Selling and Negotiating, along with Fundamentals of Marketing, Business to Business Marketing, and Fundamentals of Sales.

He worked closely with the students to develop a Student Sales Club that competed at national collegiate sales competitions as well as establishing the Eta Rho Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon. While with The College of Saint Rose, Michalisin launched a Sales Management Major along with a Sales minor, bringing Sales from a concentration to a standalone major.
