Michael Flora
Michael Flora has 15 years of experience in a variety of IT roles from direct customer support to management positions. Most recently, he managed the infrastructure and ensured the security and availability of Virginia Tech’s Blackbaud CRM platform. This platform is responsible for over $200 million in new gifts and commitments for FY21 and over $1 billion of campaign dollars given. Flora received multiple awards for his work on this project from the VP of Information Technology.
Prior to joining Pamplin, Flora taught at New River Community College in the Business and Technologies division for eight years as an adjunct instructor.
