Jerr Rosenbaum

Jerr has been a trusted advisor and senior staffer to some of the highest-ranking U.S. Senate and U.S. House leaders in Washington, DC. During more than 13 years on Capitol Hill, Jerr helped shape landmark legislation and provided Senators and Congressmen with sound, reliable policy and political counsel. Known for his depth of policy knowledge, political savviness, and cultivating relationships of trust on both sides of the aisle, Jerr has been deeply involved in dozens of major pieces of legislation.

Jerr is an owner of one of the top government affairs strategy and advocacy firms in Washington, DC. Prior to establishing his firm, he served as Legislative Director and General Counsel to Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn and as Chief of Staff to Reps. Robert Hurt, Jack Kingston, and Virgil Goode.

Jerr received a J.D., cum laude, and an M.B.A., graduating first in his class and Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Richmond; studied international law at Cambridge University; and obtained a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech. He resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and son.
