London Russell

London is a learner who seeks to explore the unknown while building relationships through connecting people and ideas.  Between October 2021 and February 2023, London served as the Innovate Interim Program Coordinator assisting Director Laura Townsend with the relaunch of the program.  He is a double Hokie from the Washington, DC area who graduated with his BS and MS from Virginia Tech in Mechanical Engineering.  An avid aviation enthusiast, London works for Boeing in Seattle, WA as a Systems Engineer and previously held four engineering intern roles with General Electric Aerospace.  Finally, London spent ten years contributing to Share of McLean’s furniture delivery and technology refurbishment charitable efforts.
