AP Faculty Performance Review and Management Process Launch: Pamplin has a new performance management system for the AP Faculty. This new process launched on September 1, 2023. This new review process will provide consistency and structure for our supervisors working with AP Faculty. See HR for details.

Faculty and Staff Meeting Recording from August 25, 2023: Thank you to all who attended the recent faculty and staff meeting hosted by Dean Sarker. Staff Performance Evaluations are Due: The performance management process is a partnership between the supervisor and the employee. As part of this partnership, performance evaluations are necessary and beneficial, providing supervisors an opportunity to give employees feedback on job performance. The evaluation is intended to be a fair and balanced assessment of an employee's actual performance during the review period. Details Here

I'd like to extend a heartfelt shout-out to Andy Santos for his remarkable design contributions to the DC area Pamplin Graduate programs. Andy's exceptional creativity and dedication play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall branding and recognition of our programs. And, due to his great work, we now have video ads featuring our OMBA inaugural graduates! His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are truly commendable, and we're incredibly grateful for his outstanding work, which continues to make a lasting impact. Thank you, Andy, for your invaluable contributions that consistently exceed expectations and contribute to our success. 

Blair Allen

Blair Allen, System Developer  

Shout out to Blair Allen for the creation & update to the Force Add Portal. The BIT department received 1,198 requests for Force Adds. BIT would not have been able process that many requests in such a short time without this new system. Blair Allen has been working in the Pamplin IT Office for the last 7 years. In recent years, he has been focusing on efficiencies within the college processes. Thank you, Blair, for your service to the Pamplin College of Business!
